Team
Raisa Aghabekyan
Raisa is originally from Goris, Syunik but has lived in Yerevan for about 10 years. She has a Bachelor of Translation Studies; Armenian-English-Spanish languages from Yerevan State University. Despite her young age she already has more than 5 years of work experience with different organisations, including Gazprom Armenia Educational Sports Complex, Armenian Red Cross Society (Employment officer, and later also Accountant for projects funded by EU, ICRC, AutRC, etc.).
Raisa joined the Impact Hub team in April 2022 as Fellowship Coordinator for Impact Hub Yerevan fellowship projects. In October 2022, she took up the position of Program Manager at Impact Hub Syunik and moved back to Goris. She believes that with hard work and support to the changemakers community of Syunik we can bring the best of values and opportunities here.
Raisa is a mountain lover with experience as a hiking guide in the Syunik region, and a coin collector from East to West, old to new.
Ruzan Nadanyan
Ruzan started her journey with Impact Hub Syunik in February 2024 where she took the role of Program Assistant. As a university student, she brings an open-minded attitude to her work. Ruzan is passionate about helping young people succeed and believes in the power of entrepreneurship. Ruzan brings her huge support and enthusiasm to various programs and events that aim to inspire and empower youth in the region.
Ruzan is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels included and has the chance to grow and reach their potential.
Ruzan is a big fan of football stating that this is the greatest example of teamwork and dedication.
In her free time, Ruzan also enjoys watching films, which help her relax and learn about different cultures and stories.
Knarik Poghosyan
Knarik is the Communications Coordinator at Impact Hub Syunik, the one behind the words and visuals you see. With a background in content creation and media outreach, she makes sure every story is told in a way that resonates.
From crafting messages to designing visuals, she’s all about making complex ideas easy to understand and relatable. For Knarik, communication isn’t about big words—it’s about real connection.
Outside of work, she’s passionate about reading, fashion, and watching long interviews that offer deep insights. She’s particularly interested in political science, philosophy, and psychology, often exploring how these fields intersect with communication and human behavior. And, of course, there’s always time for watching TikToks!
Victoria Harutyunyan
Victoria is an economist by profession and has more than 5 years of experience in finance, banking, and telecommunications with a leading Armenian organization.
She believes that effective and exceptional results can be achieved through teamwork. Her journey into digital marketing began with an educational program from the Ministry of High Technologies of Armenia, where she specialized as a digital marketing specialist.
Victoria enjoys watching movies, especially science fiction, and has a deep admiration for everything related to the universe. She believes that space exploration will elevate humanity to a higher level of consciousness and scientific understanding.
Joining Impact Hub represents a wonderful opportunity for her to move away from a stereotypical and formal environment, allowing her to directly contribute to the development of her community through innovative projects and collaborations.
Tatev Mantoian
Tatev manages all operations and space at Impact Hub, including membership onboarding, databases, and space. She’s also managing the bright community of Impact Hub Yerevan.
Prior to joining the Hub, Tatev has worked in the field of education for several years, driven by the importance of empowering the young generation with knowledge and skills. She has been a part of the team at Tumo Center for Creative Technologies, founding and managing the Dilijan branch, later joining the Koghb Foundation to serve the development of the bordering village.
During her free time, she enjoys cooking, experimenting with coffee, and binge-watching Friends for the 43rd time.
Tijay Jeghelian
Tijay is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in program and portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and business strategy. As Director of Programs, she oversees the development and execution of entrepreneurial programs across various growth stages—Ideation, Incubation, Acceleration, and Scaling. She leads a team of program managers across multiple Impact Hubs in Armenia, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and impact across all initiatives.
With a background in Sales & Marketing and Brand Awareness, particularly in the hospitality industry, Tijay has a proven track record of driving business growth, increasing visibility, and fostering partnerships. She holds a BS in Business Management with a focus on Hospitality and an MBA from AUA. Beyond Impact Hub, she serves as the President of the Tourism Support Center Foundation, leading the Tourism Innovation Academy program. Passionate about innovation and problem-solving, Tijay is committed to empowering businesses and entrepreneurs with the resources and strategies they need to succeed.
Olga Maksimova
Olga is Financial and Impact Manager of Impact Hub Yerevan. She is an impact investment enthusiast with experience of piloting and developing social impact bonds in the sphere of young people employability in Russia.
Olga also has a solid experience in impact measurement and management thanks to her research and consulting background in charity, social entrepreneurship and urban development. Now she is managing program finances in Impact Hub Yerevan and Syunik and working under establishment of operations of the first impact investment fund for social enterprises in Armenia.
Olga holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and she aspired to make a change at governmental level and optimize public policy but she ended up working for non-profits in order to achieve better impact.
Now she is also working on her own well-tech venture which aims to make mental health and well-being more accessible and understandable.
