Tijay is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in program and portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and business strategy. As Director of Programs, she oversees the development and execution of entrepreneurial programs across various growth stages—Ideation, Incubation, Acceleration, and Scaling. She leads a team of program managers across multiple Impact Hubs in Armenia, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and impact across all initiatives.
With a background in Sales & Marketing and Brand Awareness, particularly in the hospitality industry, Tijay has a proven track record of driving business growth, increasing visibility, and fostering partnerships. She holds a BS in Business Management with a focus on Hospitality and an MBA from AUA. Beyond Impact Hub, she serves as the President of the Tourism Support Center Foundation, leading the Tourism Innovation Academy program.
