Join the Celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week Armenia 2023!
Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) is an incredible worldwide campaign that unites and empowers entrepreneurs, especially those who face barriers to entry or may be considering launching their startups for the first time. In November, 10 million individuals from 200 countries come together to participate in a multitude of events, activities, and competitions that inspire them to take action and provide the knowledge, experience, and connections to succeed.
We’re thrilled to announce that Impact Hub Syunik is part of this monumental movement! We’ve joined hands with about 20 other organizations in Armenia, rallying under the banner of GEW Armenia 2023 from November 13 to 19. This week is set to be packed with exciting activities, from conferences and panel discussions to workshops and competitions, all aimed at celebrating and empowering entrepreneurship across Armenia.
On November 16, we’re not only celebrating our local social entrepreneurs but also coinciding with Global Social Entrepreneurship Day, making it the perfect day to host our GEW events.
Join us on November 16, 2023, for a spectacular networking event at Impact Hub Syunik, Goris Mashtots 100, from 13:00 – 17:00 as part of the Closing of the Women Entrepreneurship Incubation Program (SWEIP)!
SWEIP, a remarkable one-year incubation initiative by Impact Hub Syunik, has been a catalyst for growth, learning, and collaboration among 15 exceptional women-led enterprises. It’s been a year of capacity building, knowledge sharing, and experiential learning, forging a vibrant and supportive community.
The heart of the day is our participants’ presentations. They will shine a spotlight on their remarkable ventures, sharing their innovative projects with an esteemed jury and an enthusiastic audience. This is your chance to witness the transformative ideas and impactful projects these women have dedicatedly nurtured.
Our distinguished jury panel has the challenging task of selecting the top three projects, each of which will receive a significant boost in the form of seed funding. The awards total an impressive 1500 euros, a financial stepping stone to further their efforts in driving positive change within their communities and beyond.
But there’s more! Beyond the presentations, our participants will set up a vibrant marketplace. It’s an opportunity for you to directly engage with these pioneering social entrepreneurs, discover their products, and possibly find unique items that could enhance your life.
