Arpa moved to Armenia in 2002. She has a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Tehran and an MB in Design from the Yerevan State Fine Art Academy. She is an alumni of the IVLP program. and has a degree in business from AUA.

She has a profound work experience with different organizations, such as 4PLUS Documentary Photography Center NGO, ACCEA, and Manana Youth Educational-Cultural Media Center, as well as working as a freelance curator coordinator. She started working with Impact Hub Yerevan in 2019 as a volunteer. Arpa is currently the Operations Manager of Impact Hub Syunik. She also enjoys doing art projects specifically street arts.
